eibach progressive springs..

Post by Benny on Mon Nov 05, 2012 3:46 pm

so the print on them would indicate that the tighter wound coils go at the top.. i've never done progressive springs before.. is that right?? the tighter coils at the top..

also.. all of the 86 dudes say cut ATLEAST one full coil off.. which i plan on doing.. this should be done from the loose wound coils on the bottom yes?

I would cut the loose coils off before I cut the tightly wound coils... As for top and bottom I do believe they go at the top BUT in my mind it really doesnt matter.

let's talk about cutting these bitches again.. now that i think about it.. it makes more sense to cut the tight coils as the seem to be the "dead" coils.. i don't know tho..

the tight coils are already bound together once there is weight on them correct? you could cut those.
